-     Basic physiology:              Self-tuition
-     Applied physiology:           22 lectures and self-tuition.
-     Research techniques:      11 lectures and demonstrations.
-     Seminars:                           Two per student: approved topics
-     Journal discussions:        Two per student.
-     Research project:              Submission of protocol, execution of project under
                                                     supervision and presentation of results required.
                                                     Final results submitted in the form of an essay.
